At kickoff, we introduce the full Azumo support layer, which includes our VP of Engineering and CTO for senior-level oversight, a Technical Lead if one isn't assigned, a Project Manager, and a Customer Success Manager who quarterbacks success to get ahead of potential risks and surfaces insights throughout the engagement.
