At Azumo, our recruitment process is designed to be efficient and straightforward, typically completed within a week, depending on timely candidate responses.
Step 1: Defining the Role and Sourcing Candidates
We begin by defining the role and assigning a member of our recruiting team to post the job on specialized websites, ensuring all requirements are clear.
In addition to public job boards, we also search our proprietary database of candidates we've previously interviewed. LinkedIn is another key resource we leverage in this process.
Step 2: Initial Contact with Candidates
Once we identify potential candidates—whether through applications or our sourcing efforts—our recruiter will reach out via email. For candidates sourced through LinkedIn, we may use InMail if their email address isn't available.
It's important to note that all recruitment communications come from either the @azumo.co or @azumo.com domains. Any message from a different domain is not from our company.
Step 3: Scheduling the HR Interview
After making contact, we schedule a 45-minute HR interview through Google Meet, organized via our internal tools like Google Calendar. From this point forward, the same recruiter handles all further coordination, ensuring clear and consistent communication from a single email address within our official domains.
Step 4: Maintaining Clear and Consistent Communication
Our process is structured to avoid the use of messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or WeChat. Any technical evaluations, including assessments through Test Gorilla, as well as subsequent technical interviews, are always conducted through the same email thread that began with our initial outreach. This ensures clarity and continuity for the candidate throughout the process.
Once the interview process is completed, whether a candidate moves forward or not, our HR department sends a satisfaction survey to gather feedback on their experience. This survey is only sent via email from hr@azumo.co, and no other form of communication is used.
