At Azumo I drived the Project management and Business Analysis recommendations for two different clients:

1) Spinwheel: Development of Flutter plugin to embed the SW React widget from their Mobile app. Also provide the client a step by step guide customized for each vendor´s needs. Development of APIs for students loans. Ensure that the API library in Developers Portal is up to date and accurate according to the improvements done.

2) Assembled Brands: React website fixes and enhancements, Infrastructure tasks: migration from Heroku to AWS, Batch processes, re-trigger data pull and apps migration for better clients information processing.

In both the projects, I was responsible for:

  • Project management (kick off, walkthroughs documentation, gather new requirements, meetings with client)
  • Project  tasks and budget tracking
  • Best practices recommendation working with Agile framework
  • Follow up through project dashboards, providing transparency for the team work and promoting teamwork.

Business Anaysis | Globant

  • SOX documentation for SDC : Gather information from different vendors procedures, develop SOP documentation, gather SOC2 reports for Auditories.  Drive calls with business and processes owners to develop the most accurate SOP, workflow and checklist for future process automation.
  • Business Analyst - SDC : Blog migration from WordPress to Contentfull. Ensure that all the components, sections and content were migrated, ensuring the creation of new components and functionalities. Drive daily calls and refinement calls to ensure we can reach the  sprint commitment.
  • Argentina Business Analyst - Disney Parks : Failed booking and fraud prevention UI and backend errors research enhancement and fix by using different tracking queries in Splunk. Create dashboards for Splunk alerts follow up. Drive daily calls.
